Busy day

'Twas the day before Easter and all through my house...

Eric's parents are coming today for Easter, and I am the "host." This will be the first holiday I have had in my house, where I am preparing all the food. I am making a ham, sour cream potato dish, cream cheese corn casserole thing, tossed green salad, rolls, jello salad, apple crisp, and fudge. And for breakfast in the morning I am making monkey bread. Oh, and I made banana bread last night. I already have some of the stuff done, (jello salad, fudge, salad stuff) and will do some more later this afternoon. I was busy yesterday cleaning the house and getting laundry done, and today Eric is working in the yard. Overall, a very productive day already (and it's only 1:45).
